There are no minimum order quantities (other than OEM products), we are happy to complete your order regardless of the size.

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience including Bank transfers, Western Union, PayPal, Zelle, WeChat Pay, etc.

Usually, after confirming the payment, we will deliver the goods within 1-2 working days. Customized orders will take 3-5 days to prepare. For emergency situations, please turn to our account manager.
We can deliver the package to you by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT express. We can also ship by air or by sea. It is up to you to choose the delivery way. If we ship the package by express such as DHL, you will receive the package within 5-7 working days.
While the defect rate entirely depends on the product quality you choose, our best iPhone screen and battery quality yield rate can be up to 99%.
Returns & Refunds
- If you want to cancel the order before we ship out, please contact us as soon as possible, our account manager will help to cancel your order and refund you.
- If you want to return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please be sure that the goods must be undamaged and packed in the original packaging.
- The returned items will be tested by our technicians. If there is a real problem, we will refund or replace the goods, otherwise, the buyer will not be able to obtain the return policy.
Benleytech has a remarkably simple and clear quality warranty policy on our products.
All the LCDs come with a lifetime warranty. Our clients can rest assured that if there are any issues that occur with the LCDs in the future, you can contact our account manager to send us pictures and videos showing the items with functional problems are from our company, we will give a credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower. The only condition that may make the parts not eligible for warranty is physical or internal damage.
All our batteries come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects that may occur with the battery within a year of purchase as long as there is no physical damage to the battery. You can return the battery to us within the one-year period for a credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower, or exchange.
Benleytech reserves the right to alter our change our return policy at any time. any customer that is deemed to be abusing our generous return policy can be subjected to more firm and stricter policies.
Benleytech’s returns/exchanges/warranty policies are subject to change at any time, and no warning or notice is necessary.
Yes, we do offer a buyback program and the prices do vary for each different LCD. Please refer to our LCD Buyback page for more details.
